We are pleased to announce that BizWings services are now available in Mandarin Chinese. The latest member of our Customer Relationship team communicates fluently in Mandarin. Chinese-speaking clients can now work with us in their own language from the very first enquiry.

This step is part of our continuous effort to listen to the demands of the market. We have experienced a growing interest from Chinese-speaking companies expanding into Thailand which is why we have decided to take this step. According to the Thailand Board of Investment figures for 2025, mainland Chinese investors filed 982 applications for investment promotion, which is more projects than any other foreign source, while Hong Kong ranked second among foreign investors by THB value.
Our Customer Relationship team is the point of contact between our clients and our operational teams, coordinating accounting, tax, BOI, corporate secretary, and visa services from onboarding through ongoing delivery. Chinese-speaking clients can now handle onboarding, day-to-day questions, and service coordination entirely in Mandarin.
This step also strengthens one of our core commitments: transparency and clarity from day one. Clients should always know what is needed, where things stand, and what to expect, and being able to communicate directly in their own language makes that easier at every step. Mandarin now joins Japanese, Thai, and English among our team's working languages, and support is available immediately across all our service lines. Enquiries can be directed to contact@bizwings.co.
