Junnosuke Kurachi - CEO

Junnosuke Kurachi, CEO and Founder of BizWings, brings extensive global expertise. A Japanese Certified Public Accountant, he holds degrees from the University of Tokyo and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. His career spans Big 4 auditing and multinational management roles. After relocating to Thailand in 2013, he provided management consulting services to regional companies. In 2015, he founded BizWings, leveraging his international expertise to support businesses in Thailand's dynamic market. As a counselor for prestigious Japanese institutions like the Public Interest Foundation Corporation and the Tokyo SME Support Center, Junnosuke bridges the gap between Japanese business practices with the Thai market.

Aparat Siripat - Managing Director

Aparat Siripat, Director of BizWings, brings over 15 years of banking and financial expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. At Bangkok Bank, she progressed from Investment Banking to Vice President of Relationship and Sales Management, enhancing operations with technology-driven solutions. Since joining BizWings in 2019, she has been instrumental in managing the International Desk for non-Japanese clients and operationalizing internal processes. She combines in-depth local knowledge with a global perspective, making her an invaluable asset in helping businesses succeed in Thailand’s complex market landscape.

Kansak Wattasirichai - Senior Business Support Manager

Kansak Wattsirichai, a Senior Business Support Manager and one of BizWings' first members has been pivotal in the company's evolution. With over 8 years of expertise in Payroll Services, Personal Income Tax, and Visa and Work Permit services, he ensures expatriates can navigate Thailand's work environment seamlessly and in full compliance with local regulations.

Kunjira Dumkaew - Client Relationship Manager

Kunjira Dumkaew is the Manager of Client Relationships and Solutions and Head of the International Desk Division at BizWings, bringing over 7 years of expertise in business incorporation and client relationship management in Thailand. She specializes in corporate secretarial work and back-office operations, ensuring the highest standard of support for our international clients.

Naoko Higashimaki - Japan Desk Manager

Naoko Higashimaki is the Relationship Manager for the Japan Desk at BizWings. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service for our Japanese clients, leveraging her expertise to bridge cultural, language, and business practices between Japan and Thailand. She overseas a team of Japanese speakers to seamlessly engage with our Japan Desk clients.

Leo Watanabe is the Business Optimization Manager at BizWings bringing over 4 years of experience in business administration and regulatory compliance. He has a degree from the Rotterdam School of Management and the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
