Human Rights Policy

Our approach to human rights is based on our commitment to promote and protect universally recognized human rights, as it is stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). We also commit to respect the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights ( UNGPs) and to avoid complicity in human right abuses.


As responsible corporate citizens, respecting human rights in our operations and business relationships is one of our priorities. Our commitment to operate responsibly with respect for human rights is integrated in all our policies and procedures.

As a professional firm, we recognize that there are some human rights that are especially salient in the sector in which we operate.

We acknowledge our responsibility to provide a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment, and seek to ensure that every employee feel safe, respected, treated with dignity and fully valued at work.

Decent work and working conditions

We will provide employees a reasonable compensation for their work that is sufficient to meet basic needs and to provide some discretionary income. We ensure that our salaries meet, at a minimum, national legal standards or industry benchmark standards.

Data protection and privacy

Through our work, we may have access to the information that may be confidential and not be available to others. We are responsible to make sure we secure and keep confident the material, and information entrusted to us. We compromise on collecting only information that is essential to perform our service with integrity high quality and professionalism. The use of such data for personal gain is prohibited and may result in certain penalties as will be determined by the company's directors.
